Manufactured in
Malaysia.

Most of Malaysia's DEF is manufactured across the causeway in Singapore, then trucked into Klang Valley by a Malaysian distributor and resold to your fleet. By the time it reaches you, the manufacturer is in another country, three margins are already baked into the price, and nobody upstream has ever heard your company name.

We don't import. We don't relabel. We don't run your DEF through a Singapore broker before it reaches your tank.

We blend in Malaysia. One country. One currency. One phone number that picks up.

The Suez Canal jams. Global freight stops for a week.
The Strait of Hormuz heats up. Asia's urea shipments stall within days.

The next shipping crisis arrives. And one always does.

Your trucks don't notice. Yours never left Malaysia.

01What it is

A precision liquid. Not a commodity.

NEOBLUE is AUS 32, a 32.5% solution of high-purity urea in de-ionised water, used in the Selective Catalytic Reduction systems of modern diesel engines to convert nitrogen oxides into nitrogen and water. The chemistry is unforgiving. A tenth of a percent of biuret. A trace of sodium from tap water. A shift in pH. Any one of them and the SCR system writes a fault code, derates the engine, or worse, crystallises around the injector.

We're building production in Malaysia around one principle: every batch that leaves the line meets ISO 22241-1 in full. Water purified to spec. Urea sourced from verified producers. Chemistry validated against the standard. The label will say AUS 32. The fluid will land inside the 31.8–33.2% urea window.

A standing programme. Not a series of POs.

Most DEF in Malaysia is sold by the litre, transaction by transaction. You order when the tank dips, the supplier delivers when their truck is in the area, and the relationship resets each month. That model fits cash sales at a petrol station. It does not fit a fleet of fifteen trucks where one missed delivery sends a customer's contract into derate, one off-spec batch fouls the catalyst, and one cost-per-litre swing wipes the quarterly margin.

Every IBC ships with a batch ID on the swap label. The COA is on file. Your maintenance team can match any SCR event back to the specific batch in the tank that week.

Schedule changes, scale-ups, urgent tops. One number, one operator, same time zone as your dispatch.

Built by operators, not traders.

03Past the injector

The reduction happens in the catalyst.
We ship what feeds it.

Nitrogen oxides from diesel engines contribute to ground-level ozone, acid deposition, and respiratory illness. Selective catalytic reduction is the industry's response: a catalyst that converts NOx into nitrogen and water vapour inside the exhaust. NEOBLUE is the reagent that feeds it. Off-spec reagent breaks the chain: injectors clog, the catalyst fouls, the tailpipe goes out of compliance. Your emissions ledger inherits whatever's in your IBC.

Modern Euro 5 and Euro 6 diesel engines consume AUS 32 at roughly three to five percent of fuel volume. A truck burning thirty litres of diesel per hundred kilometres draws about one to one-and-a-half litres of NEOBLUE. Across that interaction, a properly metered, in-spec AUS 32 dose enables the SCR system to reduce engine-out NOx by up to ninety percent. The reduction is the catalyst's. The reagent has to meet ISO 22241-1 for the system to reach its design target.

NEOBLUE ships in a sealed-loop IBC, swapped on schedule, refilled at the plant. No drums leaving your yard, no jerrycans piling up behind the workshop. Packaging displacement is operational, not aspirational: it's a function of the format we chose to sell in, not a sustainability initiative bolted on.

On the ledger

Vehicle emissions standards and corporate Scope 3 disclosure are both tightening. AUS 32 sits inside both. The reagent in the IBC affects the number on the ledger, twice: once at the tailpipe, once on the disclosure form.

Eighteen parameters. Verified per batch before release.

Eight parameters in-house, ten via accredited third-party laboratory on a rolling cycle. The remaining ten (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, chromium, nickel, and aluminium) round out the full eighteen- parameter standard. Every batch will be sampled and validated against ISO 22241-1 before it leaves the line.
